This policy explains the conditions that apply whenever SaathiShop displays a cashback offer. Cashback is conditional and is not available on every product, merchant, platform or transaction.

1. Eligible offers only

Cashback may be displayed only where the applicable merchant or affiliate campaign expressly permits cashback and SaathiShop identifies the offer as eligible. Some platforms or campaigns do not permit cashback incentives; products may still be listed for comparison where the relevant programme permits that activity, but no cashback will be displayed for those offers. If permission is unknown, cashback is not displayed until eligibility is verified. Do not assume an offer qualifies if no cashback amount is shown.

2. Before you shop

Review the cashback amount or rate, eligible products, exclusions, order conditions and any campaign-specific instructions shown with the offer. Activate the eligible offer through SaathiShop and complete the purchase using the same shopping journey where required. Visiting another link, changing devices, using an excluded coupon or failing to follow campaign instructions may affect tracking.

3. Tracking and validation

A click, order confirmation, invoice or pending entry does not by itself confirm cashback. Transactions may first be reported as pending or under validation. Confirmation depends on the applicable merchant or affiliate programme validating the transaction and its eligibility.

4. Exclusions and reversals

Cashback may be declined, adjusted or reversed for cancelled, returned, refunded, unpaid, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise excluded orders, or when the transaction is not tracked or does not meet campaign conditions. Partial returns or order changes may affect eligibility or the amount.

5. Confirmation and payment timing

Validation and payment timelines vary by campaign and may take time. Any estimated timing shown is not a guarantee. Cashback is payable only after the required validation and approval steps are completed, subject to the applicable offer terms and any disclosed payout requirements.

6. Missing or disputed cashback

If a qualifying purchase does not appear after the applicable tracking period, contact saathishop.partnerships@gmail.com with the merchant name, purchase date, order reference and relevant offer details. Never send passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or complete payment credentials. A request for review does not automatically make an untracked or ineligible order eligible.
